No advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting. We do not store your IP address with those usage counts, and we do not build a profile of you. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Your material stays in your own cloud storage — you share a link, we do not take custody of a copy beyond what editing requires. Working files live in our production storage and in Frame.io for review, accessible only to the people assigned to your account.
We treat unreleased material as confidential and never use it to train any system. If you want a signed NDA before sending anything, ask and we will sign one.
When you cancel, tell us and we delete the working files, or hand them to you first — your choice. Otherwise we keep them for ninety days in case you come back, then remove them.
Only the services we need to do the work: Stripe for payments, Frame.io for review and delivery, Google Workspace for email and storage, Cloudflare for this website, and Resend for transactional email. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, ever.
Pixories Inc. is a United States company; our studio operates in Monterrey, Mexico, so the people editing your work are there. By sending us material you agree to it being processed in both countries.
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — including under GDPR and CCPA if those apply to you. No forms and no fee. Write to hello@pixories.com and we answer the same business day.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email active clients rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
