Plain English, because a contract you cannot read is not a contract you can rely on. When you subscribe you accept this version, and the version you accepted is recorded with your subscription. If we change these terms, existing subscribers keep the version they signed until their next renewal.
This is the section most services leave vague. Ours is the same table that appears on our pricing page, and both are generated from the same source — they cannot say different things.
Each plan is a monthly quota of finished work, not a number of hours. Quotas reset each month and do not roll over — with one exception below.
If you do not use your full quota in a month, up to one month's worth carries into the following month as a courtesy. Beyond that, unused quota expires. We would rather tell you this plainly than let you discover it.
Each plan lists the limits on source material above. If you regularly need more, tell us and we will quote it — we will not quietly absorb it and then deliver late.
Delivery times are stated per plan and start from the moment we have complete material: the footage, the brief, and anything we flagged as missing. If something is missing we tell you the same business day and the clock pauses until it arrives.
Revisions are unlimited. We do not sell you a number of rounds and then charge for the next one.
One round means one consolidated set of time-coded comments in Frame.io. We ask you to send them together rather than one at a time, because that is what makes a fast turnaround possible — not because there is a limit.
A change of creative direction after you have approved a cut is a new request, and we will say so before starting rather than after.
The fifteen days run from your first charge. A refund cancels your subscription in the same movement, so you are never refunded and then billed again. Work already delivered stays yours.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars by Pixories Inc. Your price is locked for your first six months from the day you subscribe. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio. If your work is confidential, tell us and we will not — that exception costs nothing and we will honour it without argument.
You confirm you have the rights to the footage, music, images and brand assets you send us, including any material shot by creators on your behalf. This matters most when you put paid media behind a piece.
Where we supply music, we use libraries licensed for client work, and we record which licence was used on each delivery. If you supply your own, the rights are yours to clear.
We treat your unreleased material as confidential and do not share it outside the people working on your account. If you need a signed NDA, ask and we will sign one before you send anything.
Said here so it is never a surprise later:
We are responsible for delivering the work described in your plan, on the schedule stated, to the standard our post supervisor signs off. We are not responsible for the commercial results of that work — no one honestly can be, and any service that promises otherwise is selling you something else.
If we fail to deliver, your remedy is the guarantee above and a refund of the affected period. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the preceding three months.
